We’ve never been Yelp users but that doesn’t mean we haven’t been fascinated by the platform and how quickly it evolved and attached itself to the restaurant industry like a facehugger from the movie Alien. We’ve heard a lot about how its relevance has been on the wane of late, but we’ve also heard from business owners that it’s still very much a part of their world.
