Country music legend Willie Nelson covers the hit song, The Scientist by alt-rock band Coldplay, in this pro-sustainable farming stop-motion animated short titled Back to the Start. The film was created by London-based Johnny Kelly for Mexican food restaurant chain, Chipotle and shows a farmer turning his family farm into an industrial one and back again.

  1. I’ve been following these guys for ages, they are the ultimate paradox of massive QSR with full penetration that refuses to compromise on their core values.

    I use them as an example with clients about how compromise is simply a measure of how hard you’re willing to work to achieve your goal. The logistics required to do what they do with their proteins are a major management headache, but the market rewards them for it.

    It doesn’t look as pretty as the video suggests, but like the electric car, it takes big players to change the game on a big scale, and Chipotle seems to want to be that agent of change.
