So this happened yesterday at the end of our block in Strathcona. Good times, and more evidence that the City should never hire or provide hydrant tools to people in their twenties. They are irresponsible and can’t be trusted. The cops showed up 20 minutes later and put an end to it, if only because the downtown eastside can get a little boring on a sweltering Sunday.
