Kafka’s Coffee has acquired its own coffee truck, a converted 1980 Grumman ‘Kurbmaster Jr.”. The shorty – only 15ft. long – previously serviced farm equipment before being outfitted with a Nuevo Simonelli White Eagle Espresso Machine. It offers a full espresso menu, filter coffee, nitro cold brew and lemonade (as well as cookies and croissants from the cafe). In addition to a semi-regular appearance at The Brunch Affair in North Vancouver, Kafka’s truck will be parking at a variety of events for the balance of the summer. Follow them here to keep up!
