With so many Vancouverites making so much awesome stuff, it can take a lot of time, effort, and treasure to hop around from shop to shop checking out the best finds. Friends With Benefits, an upcoming pop-up that only features wares crafted by locals, is making the hunt for cool stuff as easy as pie. 478 Union Street from June 17-23rd is where you need to go if you’re looking for the newest and brightest brands on the scene. Expect hand-woven slippers, cool prints, deliciously scented candles, specialty tarot cards, and much, much more. The vendors are your friends and their goods are the benefits. Bonus: workshops – eg. weaving, pom-pom making – are being offered throughout the week for those looking to get hands-on.

Open June 17-23 | 478 Union Street | STRATHCONA | DETAILS
