The GOODS from the Chefs’ Table Society of BC
Vancouver, BC | For many chefs and their brigades, curry is the ultimate family-style staff meal, the proud product of a cook’s cultural heritage. On Tuesday, March 3, from 6:30pm to 9:30pm, eight of Vancouver’s top chefs will compete in the second annual Curry Cup. Join the Chefs’ Table Society of British Columbia and its panel of judges and participating chefs!
Our Emcee for the evening will be Fred Lee from Vancouver’s Man About Town.
Our Panel of judges: Taryn Wa (Savoury Chef) / Mijune Pak (Follow Me Foodie) / Vikram Vij (Vijs) / Nathan Fong (Fong On Food) / Sid Cross (Wine Food Guru)
Our competing restaurants: Burdock & Co. / Cafe Medina / Campagnolo / Cibo – UVA / Hawksworth / Longtail Kitchen / Perch / Railtown Catering &Cafe
Parts of the proceeds will be given to Project Chef.
Tickets to the Curry Cup are $60 and include eight unique international curries highlighting diverse flavours from around the world served by the competing chefs, along with select beverages and beer from R&B Brewing. Our partners in this event are Pinnacle Distribution, Lonsdale Event Rentals, Promosa, Town Hall Communication, R&B Brewing, Wendy Wan, Bittered Sling and Project Chef.

Founded by Jamie Maw and Sid Cross, the Chefs’ Table Society of British Columbia is a registered, non-profit society composed of BC’s leading chefs and culinary professionals. It is a chef administered, province-wide collaborative dedicated to creating a foundation for the exchange of information between culinary professionals.
