(via) Broad butcher paper scrolls are great for restaurants with menus that change. For a local example of what I’m talking about, check out Pizzeria Farina on Main Street (photo above from opening day in 2011). They’re also great for making to-do lists at home. I’ve never seen one produced locally but know that New Zealand company George & Willy sells them with or without paper.
Built from powder-coated aluminum and available in both black and white, the roller is sturdy enough to hold entire rolls of Kraft paper and dispense it seamlessly. The bottom strip of aluminum ensures a clean rip while the high quality roller makes it easy to pull down more paper as you need it.
