Burdock & Co to Host One-Night-Only ‘See Ha La’ Pop-Up, July 23rd

Feeling a bit adventurous? Then the upcoming ‘See Ha La’ pop-up, happening on July 23rd at Burdock & Co, has your name on it!

The title of the event literally translates to “Just try it” in English – the sort of laid-back summer attitude we can totally get behind. Burdock & Co’s Sous Chef Katy Cheung will be taking the reins for this special event, whipping up a small selection of fun and tasty Cantonese-inspired dishes, such as lam choi cold tofu, pork chop with ginger scallion sauce, and glutinous rice balls with Horlicks diplomat. As for the drinks, expect a selection of “cheeky wine” to take prominence (we’re not exactly sure what that means, but it sounds right up our alley – and we know that when it comes to wine, at Burdock & Co we’re in capable hands).

Hand yourself over to the whims of Cheung and the rest of the restaurant team by joining the one-night-only action on Tuesday, July 23rd beginning when the doors swing open at 5pm. Keep in mind that there are no reservations available for the counter service style ‘See Ha La’ pop-up and that there is only so much food to go around, so when it’s gone, it’s gone. Mark your calendars and make your move to Burdock & Co (arriving earlier rather than later is the best bet for avoiding disappointment). See you there!
