Shadow Flipping

Screen-Shot-2016-02-11-at-11.28

Shadow Flipping | Sport | A sport played by real estate agents. The rules dictate that they must resell properties at least once (ideally several times) before a deal closes, for the singular sake of profiting from each transfer. In a typical game, the home seller (unaware of their participation is said game) is karmically knocked off balance by their inability to resist cashing in on the same housing bubble that makes it impossible for their own children to become home owners themselves. When they lose, very few fucks are given.

Usage: “I was totally into Shadow Flipping before I started beating my own pets…”
