Bountiful

Bountiful | Place | A seemingly positive toponym, Bountiful (a rural BC town) nevertheless conjures thoughts not of harvest or plenty but rather polygamy and abuse, as it was a controversial fundamentalist Mormon church that founded the settlement in the 1940s.

Usage | “I mean, I support religious freedom up to a point…Bountiful is too far.”
