Web video series Gourmet vs Gourmand tracks down Matt Martin, former bartender at the shuttered Fat Dragon restaurant on the DTES (now of The Cascade Room), in order to sample and discuss his particularly awesome and original Junmai Sour cocktail. Mmm, think fruit tea-steeped sake and gin frothed with egg white and given licks of lemon, sugar, orange blossom and mint on ice. We miss that drink!
