No I agree, the vancouver (bc, canada) sanitation laws regarding meat cause everything to be a bit too squeeky clean. Give me full animals guts and all lets go! I love it.

I have no problem with our strict standards. They go a bit too far when it comes to food carts and a few other things but they protect us from sickness and death.
