(via) Astronaut Alexander Gerst captured this mesmerizing timelapse video of the Russian Progress MS-10 cargo spacecraft making its way up some 250 miles to the International Space Station from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan. Seeing the thing punch through our atmosphere is pretty amazing, as is watching the core stage reentry and descent back down to Earth.
