Karri Schuermans of Chambar and partner/husband/chef Nico Schuermans went dirt biking the other day in search of delicious local pine mushrooms. Karri took the time to take a few shots while waiting for her elbow to swell up after a tumble. They’ll be available at the restaurant while supplies last (probably two weeks). Sauteed “Boreal” forest mushrooms, watercress, black trumpet & goat cheese spring roll, douglas-fir vinaigrette..
