The Sharing Farm is closing out its long table season on Sunday, September 14th, with a vegetarian harvest feast from Nero Tondo chefs Devon Latté and Lucas Johnston.
Things kick off at 6pm with a walk through the farm to see the fields, smell the soil, and get a feel for where the food comes from. Then, it’s down to a communal table for five courses built from what’s growing right now. Expect peak-season vegetables, wild-foraged finds, and smart hits of preserved Pacific Northwest flavours — exactly the kind of ingredient-first, playful cooking that Devon and Lucas have been honing since their days at The Acorn, and pushing further since opening Nero Tondo earlier this year. These are two chefs who consistently pull inspiration straight from the ground and turn it into something surprising.
And to make the decision to join the long table even easier: The Sharing Farm isn’t just a beautiful setting; it’s also a nonprofit that grows and donates more than 20,000 pounds of produce every year to local food security programs like the Richmond Food Bank and the Musqueam Nation’s free farmers market. Buying a ticket supports that work while letting you sit down to one of the most grounded, seasonal meals of the year. Tickets to this feast are $165–$190, available to purchase online here.
