Chef Alison Ramage’s French-Themed ‘Greasy Spoon’ Feast Set For Mar. 21

March2017_AlisonRamage-11-01

Alison Ramage of Design To Dine is on deck to cook the next Greasy Spoon dinner at Save On Meats on March 21st. If you’re unfamiliar with the concept, the Greasy Spoon Supper Series invites BC’s best chefs to plate four courses of old school diner fare in their own way in support of A Better Life Foundation. This feast will have a slightly different them, as Save On Meats has been selected as 1 of almost 40 eateries across Canada to participate in an international feast and art of eating well event called Good France, in celebration of French Gastronomy. Past participating chefs have included the talented likes of Joel Watanabe (Bao Bei, Kissa Tanto), Angus An (Maenam, Fat Mao, Longtail Kitchen), and Scott Jaeger (The Pear Tree). It’s always a good time and the visiting chefs really love taking a swing at the ‘diner’ concept. Score tickets here and behold the delicious details below…
