The Stella brewery takes the win, hands down, if for no other reason than that the brewing tanks are still in place. Plus, if looks like a train station lobby or some other grand space. There are more utilitarian spaces to brew in, but having a place that looks that glorious to work in says a lot to me.
that’s because back then the world wasn’t so grossly over-populated, and space was a luxury a business could afford. that and people still had respect for aesthetic considerations, even in a factory.
