Dress Rehearsal’s Summer Pop-Up Dinner is Happening at Say Hey Café on July 19th

Chef Lina Caschetto (Say Hey Café & Deli) and This is Wine School are back for ‘Act 2’ of their new monthly Dress Rehearsal pop-up, serving up a fresh market-inspired and wine-paired meal that’s personal but far from ‘precious’.

The theme this round is ‘Le Maraîcher’, which translates to ‘The Market Gardener’, meaning the vegetables are the stars. Expect vibrant summer produce from local farms like Glorious Organics and Vive le Veg coming together in soulful dishes. As Caschetto explains: “While not exclusively vegetarian, dinner will be hyper focused on all the beautiful produce available right now from our favourite farmers.” Each course will of course be paired with expressive, summery wines chosen by people that actually care where they came from.

It all happens at Say Hey Café in Chinatown on Saturday, July 19th. Doors open at 6:30pm, with dinner following at 7pm sharp. $195 covers your seat, wine pours, and every last bite. As this is a small and intimate event, there are a limited number of seats. Score yours HERE.

Also of note: Future Dress Rehearsal ‘Acts’ are coming! The August theme is ‘Le Marché’, while September’s is ‘Le Marais’. If you’re the “tell me when tickets drop” type, you can add your name to the waitlist here.
