One of the qualities we most respect about AnnaLena is the team’s commitment to continuous improvement.
Though they’re perpetually fine-tuning the details – both front of house and back – it’s when they take a brief pause to recalibrate during their annual January closure that the larger adjustments have the space to be made and implemented. Last year, that meant adding courses, pulling seats, and dialling in service to sharpen the diner experience.

This year, as they move into their second decade, they’ve taken the reset further — going all in on a dramatic aesthetic shift. Light to dark. Minimalist to moody. The room’s a whole new beast — one that’s textural, rich, and sexy as hell.
What we appreciate most is that these changes aren’t about chasing trends or reinventing for novelty’s sake. There’s a clear vision at play. We slipped in pre-service last Friday, February 7th (their first day back in action) to take a look around. Here’s what we saw:
Lookin’ sharp, AnnaLena!
