Internment

Internment | History | Like the Indian Act and the Chinese Exclusion Act, the internment of the Japanese during the Second World War is another lasting shame and relic of our racist past. Usage: “Vancouver council apologized to Japanese Canadians for role in 1942 internment…”explore-the-lexicon
