Vancouver, BC | The ideal candidate will be personable, organized and able to work alone in our small kitchen. The position includes, ordering, shopping in Chinatown, food prep, cleaning and washing dishes. You must be an efficient muli-tasker able to handle a high paced environment and produce orders in a timely fashion. You will work along side our bar team and work with our Food Consultant, Free Lee, to create delicious small plates. Details after the jump…
Rate: $13/hour + Tips
Hours: 3 to 4 shifts per week
Please come by in person with a resume Friday & Saturday July 13 th & 14th between 2pm – 4pm.

The intricately designed cocktail program focuses on Apothecary style drinks created to soothe ailments and balance one’s mood. Ingredients for the Asian influenced small plated food and specially crafted drinks are sourced from local Chinatown markets and herbalists. Bar Manager, Danielle Tatarin and Creative Director, Free Lee work with their team to develop the exceptional atmosphere and unique house made tinctures, bitters, syrups and teas to incorporate into the pre-prohibition influenced drinks.
