Italian Journey Continues With The Cuisine Of Veneto At Cibo

Cibo Trattoria continues its monthly regional dinner series this Thursday, May 14th, with a tasty tribute to the cuisine of the Veneto region…

The menu, created by Executive Chef Neil Taylor, features:

Pemberton meadows beef carpaccio – “Harry’s Bar”

First of the season whole poached spot prawns, aioli and organic lemon

“risi bisi”- Risotto of peas, mint, parsley, butter and parmesan

Gerry’s salt cod with crispy white polenta

or

Grilled calves liver, radicchio, red onion “agro dolce”, house cured pancetta
Tiramisu

or

Piave, quince paste, sourdough crisps

The 5-course tasting menu is offered for a special price of $48, with wine pairings from the region also available. As always, the special menu is offered all evening long, in addition to Cibo’s regular menu.
