With “the full force of the law”, he will make sure “Canadians are safe” from novelty luggage decals. The minister stopped just short of declaring a War on Jokes.

Although it would be a good thing if everything else in this city wasn’t so expensive, Vancouver’s gasoline prices [are] highest in Canada. Still though, you just have to admire the hard-headed stoicism of those hell bent on driving their 4 wheeled personal-space bubbles to the corner store.

Nothing short of, well shortages, will stop people from driving. Here’s an idea, stop spilling it everywhere.

Then again, can you imagine what Vancouver would like like if they had gotten their way in 1962?
