Register To Take Part In Cooks Camp 2021

Although this year’s event will not see an en-mass gathering of hospitality industry staff on a farm in the Pemberton Valley, the spirit behind Cooks Camp 2021 remains strong: to provide a place for lively campfire conversations, camaraderie, and information sharing aimed at both celebrating and transforming the hospitality industry. To this end, the Chefs Table Society and Cooks Camp organizers have put together an itinerary scheduled for Wednesday, September 15th.

Topics covered include: Healthy and Healing Workplace Culture; Business Development and Community Building; How to Publish a Cookbook; Work Life Balance; The Importance of Mentorship and the Sustainability of the Cook; and media relations.

From culinary students and floor managers to dishwashers, bartenders and executive chefs – all kitchen and hospitality staff are encouraged to participate in this free event on Wednesday, September 15 from Noon-3pm. Details and registration here.
