Vancouver, BC | Forty-Ninth Parallel Coffee Roasters is looking for a manager to lead and grow a team at our new Main Street location. Yes, we’re looking for someone who is passionate about coffee, but we also need you to be experienced in managing a busy operation, and understand less passion-inducing areas such as inventory control and scheduling. Barista knowledge is an asset, but not required as we’re willing to train the right person. Along with operations within the café, you’ll work with other departments to develop events and seminars for the location. This is a salaried position with weekend hours required. The successful candidate will be a self-motivator, organized, and able to lead a team.
