In her “Urban Foodie” column, Anya Levykh of Metro revisits and reviews Nu:
“Absence makes the heart grow fonder, there’s a new chef and the menu has morphed to reflect more of the popular 100-mile philosophy. A couple drop-ins revealed some interesting changes, as well as some faithful mainstays.
The room hasn’t changed a lot. The hand-stamped brass ceiling tiles and those damn Mother-knows-best chairs are still there, albeit the latter now have cushioned backs, just in case you do actually want to slouch or lean back a little. The rotating bar’s beaten copper still shines bright and the lovely Frette napkins are neatly centered on each table.”
And so on, here.

She mentions that all proteins are now sourced locally, but then goes on to mention a Lobster Club for lunch.
Where do you Vancouverites source your local lobster? I couldn`t find any anywhere!
