Vancouver, BC | The Parker is looking forward to celebrating a wonderful year and starting a new one with aplomb. Chef Curtis Luk will be plating five course dinners on both New Year’s Eve and the evening of New Year’s Day for $39. Any dietary restriction can easily be accommodated and there will be complimentary bubbles, of course. Steve Da Cruz and Nich Box will also be on hand to offer several beautiful wine and cocktail pairings. ABOUT THE PARKER
The Parker generates less than one pound of waste in a month and has become a sexy destination for the discerning diner. Two seats at the bar will deliver a ringside view of Curtis Luk delivering his innovative menu whilst Steve delivers dynamite cocktails and expounds on his wine program based on the Columbia Watershed Basin. Open for Dinner only, the little room seeks to accommodate all dietary restrictions with aplomb.
