My brother Alex and I and went to check out Sixside new skatepark in Victoria while over to see Dinosaur Jr. the other day. Unfortunately, it was virtually unskateable because the main section still hadn’t seen its flat bottom set in concrete. It’s very close to being finished. There’s a big vert wall facing a gnarly roll in and channel, plus an elevator corner with fat coping and tight transitions. It’s like a micro-Burnside, but built in secret by skateboarders at an undisclosed location. Shhh…more shots after the leap…

What’s the deal with this? How come some people are stuck up their ass about bikes there? I’ve road here so many times and never had an issue til recently. I come ride, take my shit and go. Never disrespect the are area. Looking for an actual reason other then “just no bikes here”. Let’s remember nobody owns under a bridge lol.
