About Hero’s Welcome

Hero’s Welcome is a community-focused pub located at 3917 Main Street in Vancouver, which for over 70 years has been home to the Local 298 Taurus Club. Hero’s Welcome captures the energy of the post-war Canadian Veterans Club by bringing it into a modern setting and aims to create an open and inviting space for all – just remember, leave your hats at home! We offer affordably priced drinks, food that focuses on local producers, and an assortment of bar games such as pinball, darts, pool tables and skeeball along with plenty of TV screens to catch sporting/televised events. We also host weekly events such as trivia, karaoke and live music.
