About Delara
Delara restaurant is a Persian restaurant opening in the Kitsilano neighbourhood of Vancouver in summer 2021. The cuisine is inspired by the humble cooking of Iran while focusing on modern cooking techniques and respecting the seasonality of ingredients. Delara will be open for weekday lunch, weekend brunch and dinner every night.
