In addition to being the proud father of boys with good table manners, he is an award-winning cookbook author; the National Referee and BC Judge at the Canadian Culinary Championships; and an advisor to both the Canada’s 100 Best Restaurants guide and enRoute Magazine’s annual Best New Restaurants In Canada issue.
