Before I start getting depressed about having to face Detroit or San Jose in the wake of our victory tonight (or shave – I look like crap), I’d like this – the first Canuck ascension to a Western Conference title bout in 17 years – to sink in for a moment. Could Kesler have been any more amazing in this series? Did that pillaging of Erat’s breakaway by Tambellini tonight not come out of freakin’ nowhere? Was that “embellishment” call on Tootoo for real? Just…wow…I’m glad it’s over. Highlight reel here, my mood here.
