ABOUT FERNIE BREWING CO.
A growing, craft-brewery, located in the heart of the Canadian Rockies. Nestled in the southeast corner of BC, Fernie is a year-round outdoor enthusiast’s paradise, where an eclectic mix of residents from across the globe live, work and play – and enjoy local craft beer. With record snowfalls and an award-winning ski hill, over 400kms of mountain bike trails, fantastic trail running, golf, world-renowned fishing on the Elk River and much, much more, Fernie is a fantastic place to visit at any time of the year.
Fernie Brewing Co. is located just to the east of Fernie, off Hwy 3, just 2 minutes from town. Our Brewery features a newly-renovated Tasting Room and Storefront, alongside our ever-expanding on-site production facility and is home to Fernie’s finest beer aficionados and creative beer-fueled minds.
We offer our “Cheers to Charity!” flights, where all profits go to a local, rotating charity or organization, 12oz glasses, Growler fills, packaged and keg sales and a wide selection of merch.
Our Head Brewer Jeff Demaniuk and our team of experienced Brewers take no shortcuts. We use premium 2-row barley malt and European Hops. We let our Ales age to perfection. We use no fillers, adjuncts or preservatives. The result is delicious & refreshing brews. Whether flavoured with local delicacies or Canadian favourites, our specialty brews are the creativity of many minds that have been exposed to an excessive amount of mind-clearing mountain air.
As a family owned and operated business, we’re very much true to our roots, supporting our local community, who in turn support us. Meanwhile further afield, we distribute throughout Western Canada – from Vancouver Island to Manitoba, and everywhere in between – offering a wide variety of core, seasonal and limited release brews, in cans, bottles, mixer packs and kegs.
