Connor Butler has just sold his eponymous restaurant on South Granville. After being given notice by his landlord of a significant rent increase back in Spring, he was able to keep things afloat long enough to negotiate his own exit. Earlier this month he received an offer for the restaurant, and we’ve just received word that the ink is on the page. We wish Connor and his wife Morgan all the best in their future endeavours, and hope to hell and back that they didn’t sell their Versace service sets.
