This neighbourhood bistro is a blend of old and new: clean, minimalist design under lofty, heritage ceilings meeting a new gastronomic ethos at the table. Shallaw works tirelessly to source 100% Ocean Wise-approved seafood items and presents them in timeless dishes like Paella and Fish & Chips with sauce gribiche and mushy peas. It’s the kind of place where the waiters pull out your chair and hold the door for you. If you aren’t from the neighborhood, Fishworks will make you feel like you are.
