A press release has gone out announcing the hiring of former Chambar GM Paul Grunberg by Market, the bew restaurant by Jean George Vongerichten that is coming this January in the Shangri-La Hotel. Chambar owners Karri and Nico Schuermans are very happy at his appointment, and very proud. Shangri-La, of course, is too.
