From the moment one first steps through the doors to Origo Club, it becomes instantly clear that they are about to embark on a cultural, culinary and café experience unlike any other.

Once inside, visitors are bathed in an abundance of soft, natural light reflecting off marble surfaces with subtle accents of brass, deep blue and gold. Moving through the space, guests are invited to browse a gallery of contemporary Asian artwork that encourages exploration and transcends boundaries before they take a seat in the comfort and luxury of Origo Club’s adjacent restaurant and café.

During the day, fans of the laidback café lifestyle can sit back, relax and sip espresso-based beverages served by baristas at Origo Club’s dedicated coffee counter showcasing a state-of-the-art Modbar brewing system or linger over a port of aromatic herbal, black, green or pu-erh tea varieties while enjoying an array of house-baked viennoiseries or lighter fare.

In the evening, Origo Club transforms into a stylishly chic restaurant where culinary aficionados and fledgling foodies alike can tempt their eyes and palates via a menu of quintessential French favourites, while a handpicked list of French wine beckons from behind the bar as well as an exclusive selection of Barons de Rothschild champagne, classic and original cocktails, imported saké and whiskies from around the world.

The spinoff of an exclusive members-only club and art showcase in Beijing, the club’s name derives from the Latin term ‘Origo’, or ‘origin’, which underscores the establishment’s single-source philosophy regarding its selection of food and wine, coffee and tea and art exhibits. It also speaks to the brand making its first footprint on both the local and North American hospitality scene.

At its heart, Origo Club’s raison d’etre is to stoke a sense of curiosity, satiate a thirst for fine food and wine and satisfy a desire for true aesthetic beauty in each of its guests by providing a truly distinctive enclave at the crossroads of modern art, French-inspired food and wine and café culture.
