Relax to the sound of resident jazz pianist Cameron Chu on the baby grand piano as our team of professionals guide you through your dining experience.
Founder André Saint-Jacques presides over the undeniably fun ambience of this award-winning restaurant. He holds the Guinness World Record for champagne sabering (21 bottle in one minute) and would be delighted to give you a lesson in the must-see underground wine cellar with its 20,000 bottles.
