Vancouver, BC | Au Comptoir is an award-winning French bistro located in the heart of Kitsilano. We bring the familiarity of a classic French bistro to the neighbourhood with West Coast inspiration and a modern touch.
We are currently looking for an ambitious, organized and creative Pastry Chef to join our kitchen team. The successful applicant will have plenty of room for freedom within pastry and baking. The right person would be a motivated, passionate pastry cook looking to progress their craft and career within an exciting, fast-paced atmosphere.
The position is restricted to day-time hours only (early mornings to midday). An individual with at least five years general experience is preferred (i.e. not necessarily as a Pastry Chef).
Chef de Partie:
We are seeking an ambitious, hardworking Chef de Partie to join our already strong and close-knit team. The right applicant would be a motivated cook who is a team-player with a positive, hard-working attitude. There is plenty of opportunity to grow as a chef within our restaurant.
Varying levels of experience could fit this role, provided the right attitude is there. Compensation is dependent upon experience and gratuities are above the industry standard.
Au Comptoir is seeking a motivated server to join our bustling front-of-house team full-time, with flexible scheduling options.
