Vancouver, BC | On Sunday, March 8th we celebrate International Women’s Day (IWD). At Hawksworth Restaurant Group almost half of our valued team are women, and as such they play an integral role in our operations; we take this day to recognize and praise their achievements.

A vital member of our Hawksworth Restaurant Group family, Development Chef Stephanie Noel is a leading force for women in the industry and an inspiration to many within the culinary field. Working closely alongside Chef David Hawksworth, Chef Noel contributes her knowledge, experience and creativity to multiple projects including off-site events, the upcoming Hawksworth cookbook that will be released this fall and our ongoing culinary partnership with Air Canada. She has played an essential role in menu development for the Air Canada Signature Suite Business Class Lounge in Toronto Pearson Airport, awarded World’s Best Business Class Lounge Dining by Skytrax 2019. Chef Noel collaborates with the Air Canada team to create a seasonally changing menu that offers Business Class intercontinental travellers refined, elegant and delicious dining options.
