We are currently looking for a creative and passionate person to join our team as head baker. This is a full-time position and will be mostly early morning shifts, wages are competitive and based on experience.

Qualities we are looking for:

Self-motivated and reliable candidate
Positive personality
Can take and give direction well (like to teach)
Calm under pressure

Skills/Requirements:

Must have a minimum 2 years experience working in a professional kitchen
Formal Culinary training. Food Safe Certification.
Must be able to work early mornings
Must have good organizational skills
Must be self-motivated and willing to learn
Recipe development and ordering experience essential
Experience working with chocolate is an asset
*Food costing experience is a bonus but not mandatory
