Oliver, BC | Miradoro @ Tinhorn Creek Winery is hiring a sous chef to join our culinary team. The position starts March 1st, but we will wait for the right candidate. Candidates should have extensive kitchen experience and have food safe level one. Red seal is an asset, but not a requirement. A strong grasp of current culinary techniques is also an asset. You should also have a good understanding of people management, ordering, scheduling and sanitation. Most importantly, you should be driven to succeed and passionate about food.

We are also looking for co-op students and cooks to come on board for the upcoming season.
