Vancouver, BC | Fiore Restaurant in South Granville welcomes you this spring for a three part education series led by Matthew Landry, 2019’s BC Sommelier of the Year, a Vinitaly Italian Wine Ambassador, Valpolicella Educator and Wine Scholar Guild “Italian Wine Scholar”.

Matt will take you through some of his favourite regions of Italy, detailing not just the wine in your glass, but also the cultural and historical factors that have played such key roles across millennia.

Each one hour class will include a detailed tasting of five wines, plus shoddy audio visuals courtesy of the somm himself (he did not win Best Tech Guy of 2019).

For this edition, we invite you to stay after the seminar for a themed snack menu, as well as additional regional wines by the glass. (Not included in price of ticket).
