The GOODS from Published
Vancouver, BC | Published on Main is launching the first in our Sunday Dinner Series on March 1st with three very special guest chefs!
We will be hosting a monthly dinner series designed to showcase amazing culinary talent, both local and abroad, as well as the incredible local suppliers we get to work with, through a series of collaborative dinners. We hope to bring a deeper understanding of the creativity behind the food, the connections to the ingredients used, and the story told when everything comes together in a thoughtful dining experience.
Volume 1 will include some of our favourite local talents; Phil Scarfone, formerly of Nightingale and Top Chef Canada Season 7 runner up; Greg McCallum, Developmental Chef at Cactus Club restaurants, formely with Le Crocodile & L’Abattoir, and Aaron Surman of 49th Parallel and Lucky’s Donuts.
Tickets will include a three+ hour dining experience with courses from all four chefs, paired with wine and cocktails by our talented bar team.
