L’Abattoir Promotes Nick Bertoia to General Manager

The GOODS from L’Abattoir

Vancouver, BC | L’Abattoir is pleased to announce Nick Bertoia’s promotion to General Manager earlier this year. Nick has been working with the management team at L’Abattoir since 2017 and is looking forward to leading L’Abattoir into its second decade of providing one of the country’s best dining experiences.

Nick has a wealth of both management experience and wine knowledge but perhaps his greatest asset is his passion for service excellence. Nick has benefitted from and now leads the professional development program, which inspires the standards that L’Abattoir is known for.

L’Abattoir is ranked #22 on Canada’s 100 Best Restaurants and has a multi-year, platinum award-winning wine program led by Wine Director Kristi Linneboe and recognized by the Vancouver International Wine Festival. Nick’s leadership helped garner this recognition and he looks forward to further elevating L’Abattoir’s reputation under his leadership.

L’Abattoir offers dinner service 7 nights a week, weekend brunch and private dining along with their exclusive No. 1 Gaoler’s Mews dinner series that benefits the BC Hospitality Foundation.
