Micro-Farm Pork from Giesbrecht Farm – Friday, February 7th to Sunday, February 9th
Oyama’s February farm partner is the Fraser Valley’s Giesbrecht Farm, which raises free-range heritage breed pigs such as Berkshire and Tamworth. The animals have a diet that includes nuts, alfalfa hay, and overflow produce from local grocery stores, resulting in exceptionally high-quality meat. Oyama will carry a variety of fresh, handmade pork sausages.

Located in Granville Island’s Public Market, the shop carries a wide selection of fresh sausages and handmade pâtés, as well as cured salamis and hams.
