The GOODS from Cibo & UVA

Vancouver, BC | The team at Cibo Trattoria and UVA Wine & Cocktail Bar will give lovers a chance to enjoy those lingering glances a little bit longer for Valentine’s Day this year by offering a romantic three-course menu and cocktail on Friday, February 14 and Saturday, February 15.

Beginning at 5 p.m., Cibo will turn the lights down low and get guests in the mood with featured dishes such as Taleggio con arugula e pear insalata, pollo al Marsala and a sweet finish courtesy of a cioccolato per due. The two-night-only menu is offered for $49 per person plus tax and gratuity with all items available à la carte in addition to Cibo’s regular nightly fare.

Meanwhile, next door at UVA, Lead Bartender Morgane Lefort has created a signature lover’s libation with the ‘French Kiss’ — a sweet-and-sassy lipsmacker comprising Empress gin, Martini Bianco vermouth, St-Germain elderflower liqueur and fresh lemon juice available for $14.
