Vancouver, BC | With the AnnaLena Dinner Series, Executive Chef Michael Robbins and the AnnaLena Team create tasting menus focused on a specific theme, complemented by decor, table settings, and service style — essentially creating a new restaurant for one night. We invite you to join us for Volume Six. For our first instalment of 2020 we bring you ‘AnnaLena xo’ — a modern Valentine’s Day tasting menu inspired by ‘date night’.

‘Night at the PNE’
lobster and scallop mousse, fried polenta, horseradish emulsion

clams, side stripe prawn, chowder broth, crispy seaweed

‘Netflix and Chill’
slow cooked pork belly, popcorn grits, crackling

‘Go Ice Skating’
parsnip custard, sugar glass, apple granite

‘2 scoops’
caramel semi freddo, salted chocolate, waffle cone
