An exclusive three-course Lunch & Brunch Menu will be offered alongside Hawksworth’s à la carte options for exceptional value at $35 per person. In addition, Hawksworth will be hosting a series of long table dinners on selected dates during the festival in their private dining space The York Room. Guided by Chef de Cuisine, Antonio Sotomayor, with local wine pairings from Wine Director, Bryant Mao, guests will be taken on a five-course journey priced at $152.44 per person with dishes featuring fresh, thoughtfully sourced and Ocean Wise ingredients.
