Vancouver, BC | Botanist will celebrate the holiday season with multi-course festive brunch on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day featuring a selection of carving stations seasonal punch cocktails, for $76.00 CAD. A six-course dinner tasting menu is offered on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day for $135 CAD per person accompanied by live music.
On New Year’s Eve, two seatings are available as executive chef Hector Laguna prepares an exclusive six-course tasting menu featuring Brant Lake Wagyu Striploin and Pan Seared Diver Scallop, accompanied by live music. The first seating, from 5:00pm – 7:00pm is available for $148.00 CAD per person with music from Adam Thomas Duo. The second seating, beginning at 8:30pm for $168 CAD per person, includes midnight countdown and a glass of bubbles with music from the Sophia Danai Trio.
